INTRUST Bank Arena is the perfect facility when you have a large convention that needs plenty of seating - 15,000 seats to be exact! The arena, which opened in January 2010, is ready to host religious assemblies, corporate functions and trade shows.

Food & Beverage

SMG offers full-service catering and concessions for every event through its in-house caterer, SAVOR. SAVOR provides breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, and can accommodate any group size. Show catering is available for any event and can be provided in any room on Level 1 (service/event level). SAVOR's staff can work with you to develop a custom menu to cater to your request.

Concessions

SMG provides a wide variety of food and beverage items for guests at each concession stand located on Level 2 and Level 3 of the arena. There are 22 permanent and portable stands throughout the public concourses.  In addition, there are two full-service bars in the West Club, one full-service bar and one traditional concession stand in the premium lounge.

Guest Services

SMG maintains a professional, well-uniformed and friendly staff.  Our in-house guest service staff includes ushers, ticket takers, in-house security, police, medical services and guest service representatives.

Disabled Facilities & Services

INTRUST Bank Arena meets or exceeds all requirements for the American Disabilities Act (ADA).

Ticketing Services

In-house ticketing is located on the south side of the arena. | Local ticket outlets include 19 Dillons locations in Wichita, Andover, Derby, Newton, El Dorado and Hutchinson.
