Assistance in planning tours and social events. Go Wichita will also put planners in contact with suppliers and support services necessary to enhance the event.

Attendance Builders

Artwork for promotional materials, a video presentation, and welcome letters from the Mayor of Wichita and other community leaders can be provided to help increase attendance at the event.

Print Materials

Visitors guides with map, attraction brochures and event calendars can be provided to help attendees find out what they can see and do during their stay in Wichita.

Publicity Assistance

News releases can be written and sent out to the media, or Go Wichita can hold a press conference regarding the event to increase exposure.
