Hospitality Training

The Hospitality Training program consists of a 90-minute class conducted at the Go Wichita office.

The session will focus on enhancing skills when communicating with both visitors and residents. You will gain knowledge about our city and learn what Wichita has to offer, including Sedgwick County Zoo, historic downtown, Frank Lloyd Wright home, Wichita State University and more.

The goal: To ensure exceptional customer service throughout the city, making Wichita a great experience for visitors and residents.
